Keith and Mike was great in communicating the project status and completion. However, the project creativity did not meet the requirements of the client's given site example. I had to reopen the site for further assistance to make the header look more like the site that the customer requested. This has made the project budget go over more than anticipated. I think they have great communication skills, but I wish the creativity could have been more of the standards that reflected in their portfolio.
