I focus on providing legal services to businesses in a way that adds value beyond just limiting risk.
I gained most of my experience working in-house for a 2nd stage growth tech company, which allowed me to see how important it was for young growing companies to accomplish their legal work efficiently and with an eye toward every aspect of the business. It does not help the growing business to work with traditional law firms that assign the work to a wide range of different attorneys, charge exorbitant hourly rates, and produce work that is clumsy with regard to the rest of the business, its cost far outweighing its value. The traditional law firm business model just does not suit today's innovation economy.
Work Terms
I am open to various fee arrangements, including hourly, flat fee, result-contingent, etc...I am happy to communicate over email, however, where more efficient, and to produce truly quality work, it may be necessary to talk by phone or FaceTime. The more I understand your business, the more useful my work will be.
