Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM . Flexible availability for urgent or international projects with prior discussion.
• Communication: Preferred via WhatsApp, Zoom, or Google Meet , zoho meet . Clear, professional, and timely communication is always maintained.
• Project Process: Understanding Your Needs → Strategic Planning → Seamless Execution → Testing And Revision → Handover & Maintenance.
• Payment Terms:

Small tasks: Full advance
Medium projects: 50% advance, 50% after completion
Large projects: Milestone-based payments

• Revisions: Reasonable revisions included as per the agreed scope of work.
• Support: Post-delivery support available for a defined period based on project requirements.
• Transparency: No hidden charges. Any scope changes will be discussed and approved in advance.
