? Working since December 2001 with Danieli& C. as Senior Mechanical Specialist on projects in India &overseas related to installation & commissioning of equipment for steel melting shops, continuous casting shops and rolling mills in greenfield & brownfield environments.
? Experience covers all project stages including supervision of local manufacturing, installation & commissioning at site, preliminary acceptance, performance guarantee & performance guarantee testing to securing final acceptance certificate and project closeout.
? Excellent ability in reading & interpreting design & engineering (general arrangement & manufacturing drawings), piping & instrumentation (P&I) drawings and hydraulic & pneumatic circuit drawings including reviews & approvals of design & engineering submittals
? Conversant with welding codes & fabrication of heavy sections, piping system materials (PSM) and applicable codes & standards.
? Skilled in managing erection/installation of all mechanical equipment & piping systems with sound experience in installation of electric field devices & sensors and basic knowledge of the functioning of field instruments, PLC programming, well versed in HMI operations and skilled in troubleshooting hydraulic & pneumatic problems.
? Capable of functioning in a consortium working culture, coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, consortium partners, subcontractors and leading & motivating teams eliciting superior performances
? Proactive, achievement driven professional with strong work ethic, integrity and excellent communicating, problem solving, decision making, planning & execution skills
Work Terms
(i) 8-10 hours per day
(ii) Normal working days must be from Monday to Saturday, but at the same time I am ready to work on Sundays as per the job requirement.
(iii)USD 40/ hour , and minimum work of USD 10000 work shall be guaranteed.
(iv) payment shall be made within 30 days after completion of the work.
(v) Flight , Conveyance and lodging at employer charge.
