I’m an award-winning writer, editor, and communications specialist with 25 years of high-level experience in both web and print publishing and a master’s degree in journalism from UC Berkeley. I know the power of the written word and use it to project a message that's persuasive, stylish, and targeted to each audience. I have covered everything from science and technology to politics, arts, education, government, and academics. My experience includes editorial responsibility for producing Berkeley Lab’s newspaper for seven years; designing and maintaining the website for UC Berkeley’s largest college; and covering science for Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory’s prestigious Science & Technology Review magazine.
