Founded in 2017, Axycad Ltd has grown from a construction engineering support provider into a trusted partner for estimating, planning, and digital project delivery across the UK and Europe.

Our team brings over 15 years of combined experience in formwork, reinforced concrete (FRC), civil engineering, and infrastructure projects. We have contributed to major schemes including HS2, data centres, viaducts, and complex structures for Tier 1 contractors.

Today, Axycad focuses on Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and digital construction services—offering precision take-offs, estimating, constructability reviews, temporary works design, and 3D/4D programming.

Our approach combines practical site experience with advanced BIM and project controls tools like Synchro 4D, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD, ensuring that every client receives accurate, buildable, and data-driven solutions.

Work Terms

We offer remote and hybrid estimating and planning services across the UK and EU.

Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00–18:00 (UK time)
Payment Terms: 30 days (standard) or via milestone-based billing for project work.
Communication: Email, Teams, or scheduled video calls; updates provided at key project milestones.

We ensure full confidentiality of client data and provide non-disclosure agreements upon request.

All deliverables are produced to professional industry standards and supplied in Excel, PDF, and native Synchro/Primavera formats.
