My background includes serving as HR Generalist and Assistant almost in manufacturing industries. Most recently, I worked as HR Generalist for Union for Metal Constructions. In that position I gained a lot of experience as there was no HR system in the company and I created the department with all policies and procedures. I consider that position a great achievement for me and big step in my life.
Previously, I worked as HR Assistant in a factory called Aminatit Egypt for FiberGlass (Lokma Group) where my responsibilities where ensure complying with the labor law and social insurance regulations and procedures, checking starters documents and submitting them to the social insurance office, ensure the completion of Social Insurance Form, Following and maintaining contract renewal procedure, & keeping employees files always updated and well maintained and Payroll.
In addition to this experience, I gained considerable skills during my part-time employment as Programs team leader in Have A Dream team.
