I have 12+ years of professional experience overall, with the last 7 years focused specifically on procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain operations. That combination gives me a broader business perspective than someone who's only ever worked inside procurement, I understand how sourcing decisions connect to the rest of the business, not just the supplier-facing side of it.
Within procurement, I've negotiated directly with suppliers across China, the US, Europe, and Türkiye, working through the full sourcing cycle: from RFQ/RFP processes to contract negotiation to managing supplier relationships long-term. I've worked across multiple industries and with distributed, international teams, which taught me how to communicate clearly and get things done across time zones and cultures without needing everything spelled out twice.
What I bring to freelance work is the same thing I brought to every in-house role: a direct, practical approach - I look for what's actually going to move the needle for a business, not just what looks good on paper.
I work with businesses of any size looking for real expertise in sourcing and supplier management, whether that's a company without a full in-house procurement team, or an established one that needs an outside perspective or extra capacity on a specific sourcing project.
