Work Terms
🕒 Hours of Operation:
We are available for work from 10 AM to 5 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT), Monday to Friday. Please note that we may have limited availability on weekends and holidays.
💰 Payment Terms:
We require a 40% upfront deposit before starting a project. The remaining balance will be due upon project completion. Payments can be made via bank transfer.
📞 Preferred Style of Communication:
We value clear and efficient communication to ensure a smooth collaboration. We are comfortable communicating via email, Slack and Google Meet. For project-related discussions and updates, we prefer written communication to maintain a clear record of conversations and avoid misunderstandings.
✉️ Email Response Time:
We strive to respond to all emails within 2-8 hours. However, please note that during peak workload periods, our response time may be slightly longer. Rest assured, we will make it a priority to address any urgent matters promptly.

Upon project initiation, we will provide you with an estimated timeline for completion. Timelines may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. We are committed to meeting agreed-upon deadlines and will keep you updated on the progress throughout the project.

We understand the importance of client confidentiality and take it seriously. Any information shared during the course of our collaboration will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. If required, we are open to signing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to protect your sensitive information.
