I am an experienced Architect and Architectural Designer specializing in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, floor plans, architectural drafting, and working documentation. I have many years of professional experience in residential and commercial architecture.

I can convert PDF files, scanned drawings, images, and hand-drawn sketches into accurate AutoCAD DWG drawings. I also create floor plans, space planning solutions, facade designs, interior layouts, and architectural documentation.

My goal is to provide precise, clean, well-organized drawings and reliable communication. I pay close attention to dimensions, details, and client requirements and deliver editable files ready for further work.

Work Terms

I am available for both fixed-price and hourly projects. I prefer clear project requirements, reference files, dimensions, and examples before starting. Communication is available through Guru. I provide progress updates when required and deliver editable DWG files, PDF drawings, and other agreed formats. Revisions are available according to the project scope.
