I am a Professionally Mechanical (HVACR, Public Health, Electrical & Fire) Engineer with over 4 years of experience in the MEP industry, and a true Revit MEP expert from top to bottom. I offer the following services:

Residential, Commercial & Industrial HVACR Systems Design, Drafting & Qty estimation.

I can bring your projects from design development up through the bid process. I would provide load calculations, equipment selections, drawings/models, etc. as required by your project.

Revit MEP Consulting – I can assist with any portion of any Revit project. I am able to create detailed Revit families, convert CAD/PDF floor plans.

Construction Documents – Using Revit, I can create HVAC project models that will add efficiency to the construction process, and save you time and money. Using BIM, I would create material takeoff schedules for all components, and I can serialize duct sections so that they can be pre-fabricated, labeled, and easily located in the field.

Equipment Selection – I can select HVACR equipment including compressors, coils, heat exchangers, chiller, cooling towers, etc.
