Work Terms

Hours of Operation: I am available Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM (Malaysian time). Weekends are reserved for personal projects, but urgent requests are welcome with prior notice.

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to initiate any project, with the final payment due upon completion or within 7 days of delivery, depending on the scope of the project. Payment can be made via PayPal.

Communication: I prefer to use electronic mail for detailed project discussions, but I’m happy to arrange phone calls or video conferences for more urgent matters. I aim to respond to inquiries within 24 hours during business days.

Revisions: I offer up to two rounds of revisions on all projects to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final outcome. Any additional revisions can be negotiated based on project needs.

Confidentiality: All work is treated with the utmost confidentiality, and any proprietary information shared during the course of our collaboration will remain strictly between us.
