I usually work in USA Business Hours (EST) however I can work in any time zone to make myself available for client and team members. I am always available for my clients and team members.
I am fine if client pay me after seeing my work, quality, progress and results.
Communication is the key to successful project and relationship. I am fine with any medium client choose either here, on Skype, Email and Slack etc. I prefer voice call over messages.
