Work Terms

Work Terms & Conditions

1. Communication

* I’m available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (your time zone or client's).
* Preferred communication: Guru messages, email, or scheduled video calls.
* I respond to messages within 24 hours.

2. Project Scope & Revisions

* All projects begin with a clear scope of work agreed upon by both parties.
* Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions (unless otherwise specified).
* Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.

3. Payment Terms

* I prefer using Guru's SafePay for mutual security.
* For fixed-price projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion (unless we agree otherwise).
* For hourly projects: minimum of 5 hours per week.
* Final files and reports will be delivered upon full payment.

4. Confidentiality

* I respect client confidentiality and will never share your project details without permission.
* A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed if needed.

5. Deadlines

* I commit to all agreed deadlines and expect timely feedback to stay on schedule.
* If delays occur due to late client input, project timelines will be adjusted accordingly.

6. Ownership & Usage Rights

* Upon full payment, you will own all rights to the final deliverables.
* I reserve the right to use portions of the project (non-confidential) in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Cancellation Policy

* If a project is canceled mid-way through, partial payment will be required for the work completed to date.
* I require written notice of cancellation via Guru or email.
