The project scope will be finalized based on mutually agreed business requirements. Any additional requirements outside the agreed scope will be treated as a change request and may require additional effort, timeline, and cost.

3. Engagement Model
Projects may be executed under one of the following engagement models:

4. Payment Terms
• 30% advance payment before project commencement (recommended for fixed-price engagements)
• Remaining payment based on agreed milestones or upon project completion
• For hourly engagements, invoices will be raised weekly or monthly as agreed
• Payment is due within 7 calendar days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing
5. Project Timeline
The estimated project timeline will be shared after reviewing the detailed requirements. Timelines may be revised if there are changes in project scope, delayed client inputs, or dependency-related issues.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing:

7. Revisions
Reasonable revisions that fall within the agreed project scope are included. Additional enhancements or new requirements requested after approval will be treated as separate work.
