Hi, I’m Balikis
I help busy professionals and travelers stay organized and stress-free. As a Virtual Assistant specializing in administrative tasks and travel planning, I make sure every itinerary, email, and task runs smoothly so my clients can focus on what matters most.
I love turning chaos into order, whether it’s coordinating multi-city trips or managing schedules. One of my favorite moments was planning a complex business trip that went off without a hitch seeing my client’s relief was priceless.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me reading, researching, surfing the internet, connecting with people or exploring new places for inspiration. Honesty, reliability, and creativity guide everything I do, and my mission is simple: make your life easier, one task and one trip at a time.
Work Terms
I am available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM (West Africa Time) and for urgent matters outside these hours, I can be reached by prior arrangement.
I work on an hourly basis, with payments scheduled weekly. Payments can be made securely via the Cleva banking app and bank transfer, PayPal.
I communicate through WhatsApp, email, and Zoom, and I strive to respond promptly to ensure smooth collaboration, also am proactive about updates and check-ins to ensure we stay aligned on priorities.
