Work Terms

At BarelyBeyond, we believe in complete transparency, high-quality deliverables, and a smooth collaboration process. Here are our standard work terms:

1. Project Kickoff & Requirements
Before starting, we ensure all project requirements, deliverables, and timelines are crystal clear. We require a detailed brief, design assets (if any), and access to necessary platforms (hosting, domains, third-party APIs) before writing the first line of code.

2. Payment & Milestones (SafePay)
We strongly prefer working with Guru's SafePay system to ensure security for both parties. Projects are broken down into logical milestones (e.g., UI/UX Setup, Frontend Development, Backend Integration, Final Deployment). Each milestone must be funded before work on that specific phase begins.

3. Communication & Updates
Clear communication is key to a successful project. We provide regular updates so you always know the current status. We are highly responsive via Guru's messaging system and ensure you are never left in the dark.

4. Revisions & Quality Assurance
Every milestone includes a standard set of revisions to ensure the deliverable meets your expectations. We conduct rigorous testing for bugs and performance before final delivery. Major scope changes outside the initial agreement will be quoted separately.

5. Code Ownership & Delivery
Upon final payment and project completion, full ownership of the source code and intellectual property is transferred to you. We assist with the final deployment to your preferred cloud platform (Vercel, Google Cloud, Railway, etc.).
