I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Komar University of Science and Technology
and have built a diverse career in IT support, database administration, data analysis, and customer care
leadership at Ruyat Technologies.
Starting as an IT Help Desk Specialist, I provided networking, hardware/software, VoIP, and systems
support. I then advanced to Database Administrator, ensuring the reliability of customer care and billing
databases, executing UAT, and training end-users. then, as a Data Analyst, I focused on data collection,
cleaning, and visualization with Power BI and Power Automate to support decision making. In my current
role as Customer Care Lead, I manage call center operations, analyze customer complaints, and build data
pipelines to provide actionable insights for management.
Alongside my corporate work, I have been an Academic Writer and Editor since 2020, producing research
and theses across multiple disciplines like Business, Accounting, Medicine, Engineering and Science. I
have also taken taring regrind Project Management (PMP), Strategic Communication, Business English,
and Customer Service, with technical expertise in SQL, Python, Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, Git,
Linux, and SPSS. I am fluent in Kurdish and English and Arabic and have a working knowledge of Persian.
