I believe everyone needs therapy, not because we're broken and need fixing but because we need an outlet to express ourselves, process things and grow.
As a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist my role is to guide you and facilitate the process of finding answers for yourself.
The goal is not for you to feel better, but to become better by going through the process. We'll work towards growing in self-awareness, developing healthy strategies to help you manage anxiety, gain more control over your thought process, challenge your beliefs, make better decisions and grow as a person.
