Nonprofit Writing Specialist
After spending more than 12 years as an Executive Director of a nonprofit, I left the field, but not my passion to help worthy causes. From speeches that open hearts (and checkbooks) to newsletters and appeal letters, grant writing and policies and procedures, as well as codes of conduct for staff and board,I have extensive experience at all types of nonprofit communications. In my post nonprofit career I have added to that knowledge base with writing software user instruction guides, marketing pieces and corporate communications.
From telling your small businesses, or nonprofits story to engaging donors and clients, my experience in both technical and emotional appeal pieces is extensive.
Work Terms
My schedule is relatively flexible, however email communication is preferred, at least initially. My rate has been reduced with the assumption nonprofits may have a limited budget, based on the complexity of the job, that rate is subject to adjustment.
