Hey, I'm really happy with this project. First, technically things are working great! In terms of communication, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is sometimes communication was a little slow - but he has an excellent grasp of the English language and I wasn't so pushing a timeframe. Still very good performance. Creativity - Not really a project that would allow for that. He brought together the pieces in the database I asked for and made it work right. Timeliness - As I mentioned earlier a little slow at times, but so was I in providing information requested. Don't let the 4 starts here worry you. I'll tell you what, when I need more database work done I'll come back to Beenish first before I even consider anyone else. I'll finish the way I started my comments, "I'm very pleased!"
