Hi there, I’m Bella, nice to meet you both! We’re really happy to have this online conversation with you and excited about the opportunity to work together with you. Let me briefly introduce myself and my partner.
I mainly handle marketing and client relationships for our company-Brittex Trading.
Bella, who’s also here today, is one of our co-founders—she takes care of supply chain and procurement project management.
Let me give you a quick idea of who we are and what we do:
We started our company in 2016 in Foshan, China. It’s a city known for its strong industrial supply chain, especially in real estate-related products—like building materials, tiles, sanitary ware, furniture, and appliances.
In the beginning, we mainly helped clients in the Middle East and Asia—like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Iraq, Malaysia, and Bangladesh—with their sourcing projects in China.
Over the years, we’ve also expanded into kitchen and food-related industries, mostly for the Australian market, and during the COVID-19 pandemic, we expanded our medical-related businesses, such as mask exports.
So today, we cover a wide range of industries with a full set of services—supplier sourcing, factory audits, sample handling, price negotiation, production follow-up, shipment coordination, and even after-sales.
