An experienced project Manager
Benard Muchoki is an expert project management specialist with over fifteen years of progressive career experience in areas of project management, results-based monitoring & evaluation in development programs. He has extensive knowledge and experience in standard evaluative procedures and monitoring techniques, a strong ability to address difficult project performance situations through established approaches and techniques, and experience in working with national and county/devolved government structures.
He has exceptional interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills built over time while working in government, donor-funded, and private sector enterprises. While a project manager at Palladium (KHMIS II Project), Benard was coordinating activities of field teams across forty-four counties in Kenya. He also liaised and supported the engagement of key stakeholders namely the Ministry of Health, donor agencies, mainly CDC and USAID, and Care & Treatment Partners to ensure smooth roll-out and implementation of electronic medical records (IQCare and KenyaEMR) in 800 health facilities.
Currently, Benard is supporting the development and implementation of the County Integrated Monitoring and Evaluation Information system (CIMEIS) in Baringo County as the project Director
Work Terms
I am flexible to work as per agreement Monday to Saturday on an hourly basis or on agreed project terms
