Work Terms

Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

I respond to messages within 24 business hours

Weekend support is limited unless agreed in advance

Video calls are available by request for ongoing or larger projects

💳 Payment Terms

All projects begin after payment is secured through Guru

Monthly services are billed in advance

Additional services outside the agreed scope require separate approval and payment

🔄 Revisions & Feedback

Revisions are included as stated in each package

Feedback should be provided in one clear message where possible

Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may incur an additional fee

📂 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing brand assets and content details on time

Delays in receiving materials may affect delivery timelines

Content performance depends on multiple factors; specific results (followers, sales) are not guaranteed

🔁 Ongoing / Monthly Services

Monthly packages do not roll over unless agreed in writing

Either party may discontinue ongoing services with reasonable notice

Consistency and collaboration are key to achieving the best results

🔒 Confidentiality

All client information and materials are treated as confidential

Content and data are used solely for the purpose of completing the project

🤝 Professional Conduct

Mutual respect and professionalism are expected at all times
