Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Prévoir Solutions, I lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of Fintech projects for clients across different sectors and industries. I have over 16 years of experience in managing complex and diverse software projects, using agile methodologies and best practices to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

I have strong skills and credentials in project management, including Scrum, PMP, ITIL, and PRINCE2 certifications, as well as pursuing a master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering. I have successfully delivered projects for major clients such as Safaricom, Vodacom, Telkom-Orange, Airtel Africa, Arifu, and Mahindra Comviva, managing the project scope, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholders. I have also contributed to the business development, customer relationship, and general management of the project teams and organizations I have worked with.

My mission is to provide innovative and effective Fintech solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and users, while also ensuring the alignment and integration of the project objectives and outcomes with the strategic vision and goals of the organization. I am passionate about applying my expertise in IT managed services, software project management, and E-Commerce to solve complex problems and create value for the clients and the society.
