Language is my passion! Let me review your own writing or create something new for you.

I've been writing since I composed my first poems in nursery school. Throughout my traditional office career, I was always called upon to write and proofread company materials. I finally decided to channel my skills into a professional writing and editing career. I've been a freelancer for more than nine years, and I've loved every minute of it.

A native speaker of U.S. English, I have a B.A. in history and a diploma in speech recognition editing and medical transcription. I'm always taking several online courses to stay current and learn new skills. The way I see it, any subject applies to a writing career! Right now, I'm studying intelligence analysis, epidemiology, and of course writing and editing.

I value clear, regular communication and have a gentle, friendly demeanor. I look forward to working with you and learning something new!

Work Terms

I generally work on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. U.S. Eastern time (GMT-5). Because I have several regular clients, it may take a day or two for me to work a new job into my schedule. Rest assured that your project will have my complete attention at that point. I've been known to take weekend and urgent jobs at a premium.
