Wanting to help people become their better selves and achieve their goals.

Hi, I am Bethany Tyas. I have done 15 years within my own school education. This is starting from y1 age to the end of sixth form. From this I gained 9 A-C GCSE's and an ALAN level 2. I have also completed a foundation degree. I have worked with children for a short number of years, starting when I was 12 when I worked in the school that my Mother works in. I have also run writing classes and worked with a reading and writing charity. Whilst working with the reading and writing charity, I got the chance to branch off and teach women who had come from multiple countries, with very little speaking English. Having this chance allowed me to see that the English language is one of the hardest things to learn; especially from the outside. This was something I thoroughly enjoyed and has made me want to do more of this in the future.

I am able to teach GCSE and help with proofreading and basic English language for those whom may not have the vocabulary.

I am a hardworking individual who is able to motivate themselves on a regular basis. I work well as part of a team, as well as individually. I am empathetic and patient and I have no other commitments at the minute meaning I am able to give all my concentration towards helping somebody better their education. I have great IT skills and can type very quickly. I get joy and satisfaction from seeing people progress from where they began.

Work Terms

I am available Every weekday from half 9 to 6. I am available through online methods only atm. Im willing to do one to ones as well as group conversations.
