Work Terms
1. Communication
Primary communication via Guru Workroom messages.
Response time: within 12–24 hours (Monday–Saturday, IST).
2. Availability
Full-time FileMaker Developer (FileMaker Pro 19–2025, FileMaker Server, MySQL, PHP API).
Available 30–40 hours per week.
Urgent support available by prior agreement.
3. Project Delivery
All work done using FileMaker best practices with performance, security, and future scalability in mind.
Deliverables include tested FileMaker scripts, layouts, and documentation as required.
Regular progress updates and preview builds shared via FileMaker file or screen share.
4. Payment Terms
Payments handled securely through Guru’s SafePay system.
For fixed-price projects: milestone-based payment after client approval of each stage.
For hourly projects: weekly billing based on actual time tracked.
5. Revisions and Support
Each milestone includes one review/revision cycle.
Post-project technical support available for bug fixes for 15 days (free).
