I am Legal and Secretarial professional. have experience of compliance management, drafting, property compliance, banking compliance, and also have experience in dealing with various cases of banking laws, Criminal laws, Civil laws, company law etc. have also done various foreign transactions like FDI compliance, Company formation in Singapore etc. Currently I am working with a private Company and due to kids and family responsibility prefer to work from home. I am very hardworking, which has been well proved in my past jobs. all employees where I have worked with, appreciate my work and have tried to always retained me, but due to some unavoidable reasons i had tp shift the jobs. I even got great opportunity to work with Arya Group, one who holds by Son in law of Jindal Group, wherein due to Arya group Directors disqualifications in past due to family disputes, I was asked to be appointed as a temporary Director of the Company.
