Work Terms

📅 Hours of Operation & Availability
Weekly Availability: 20–30 hours per week for freelance projects.

Working Hours: Flexible across global time zones. I am available for overlapping hours to sync with clients in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Response Time: I typically reply to all messages within 2 to 4 hours during my working windows.

💳 Payment Terms
Fixed-Price Projects: I work strictly via Guru’s SafePay (Escrow) system. The SafePay account must be funded for the agreed milestone before any development work begins. Large projects will be broken down into clear, manageable milestones.

Hourly Projects: Weekly tracking via Guru's time-tracking tools or pre-arranged weekly minimum caps.

Inclusions: Every quote includes initial deployment support and a 14-day post-delivery support window to handle any deployment-related bugs for free.

💬 Communication Style
Primary Channel: All formal agreements, file transfers, and day-to-day updates will happen inside the Guru WorkRoom to maintain transparency.

Meetings/Syncs: Available for milestone review calls or technical discovery sessions via Guru WorkRoom voice/video calls when scheduled in advance.

Progress Updates: I provide clean, regular text updates on project milestones so you are always aware of the development progress.
