As a Senior Manager and Product Owner within Capital Markets, Sanket has led diverse stakeholders to implement business technology solutions to enable Fannie Mae to respond to changing customer needs and evolving market conditions. Sanket drove the business analysis to identify and develop multiple business transformation initiatives. Sanket has applied latest product and software development practices to deliver products with a shorter turnaround and thus provide competitive advantage to the business. Sanket applied his Lean Six Sigma background to influence teams to leverage Design thinking and Lean product development practices.
Recently Sanket worked on a proof-of-value project to understand the potential of Blockchain and how it could be leveraged for mortgage servicing to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Previously Sanket has worked as an Account Manager at a Financial Technology start-up and management consultant with Deloitte and KPMG.
