Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am based in Thiruvithamcode, India and typically work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday). I am happy to adjust timings for clients in different time zones to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery.

Payment Terms:

Payments are accepted via PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Guru Payment System.

For new clients, I prefer 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion for fixed-price projects.

For hourly projects, invoices are sent weekly, and payment is due within 7 days of invoice.

Preferred Communication Style:

I provide regular updates and encourage feedback throughout the project to ensure the final design meets your expectations.

Delivery & Revisions:

I aim to deliver work on or before the agreed deadline.

Includes 2–3 rounds of revisions depending on project scope. Additional revisions can be discussed if needed.
