Hours of Operation
I am available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (your time zone). I respond to messages within 2-4 hours during these hours. For urgent projects, I am also available on weekends by prior arrangement.

Payment Terms
- I require full payment upfront for projects under $50 through Guru's SafePay system.*
*- For projects over $50, I accept a 50% deposit upfront and 50% upon completion.
- Payments are processed securely through Guru's SafePay escrow system, which protects both you and me.
- I do not accept payments outside the Guru platform.

Preferred Communication Style
- I prefer communication through Guru's messaging system to keep all project details in one place.
- For complex projects, I am happy to schedule a quick video call or voice call to discuss requirements in detail.
- I respond to messages promptly and will keep you updated on the progress of your project.

What I Need From You
- Clear project requirements (topic, length, deadline, citation style, etc.)
- Any specific instructions, guidelines, or sources you want me to use
- A sample of your preferred writing style (if you have one)

Revisions and Edits
- I offer unlimited revisions for all projects until you are completely satisfied.
- Revisions are free as long as they fall within the original project scope.
- Major changes to the project scope may require an additional fee, which we will agree upon in advance.

Delivery Timeline
- Small projects (under 500 words): 24 hours
- Medium projects (500-2,000 words): 2-3 days
- Large projects (2,000+ words): 3-5 days (depending on complexity)
- I always deliver before the agreed deadline and will inform you immediately if any delays are expected.
