Second, to do it right the first time, and without regret. Time and money are wasted and trust is wounded when we have to go back and do it again. When something is given due process and quality of thought, confidence escalates and regret dissipates — both great precursors to a strong relationship.

And third, to surround myself with people who make me want to be a better person. "They" are curious, engaged, witty, whip-smart, and kind. "They" strive for perfection, while not letting perfection get in the way. "They" make me wonder and challenge me -- most often when I think I've figured things out.
