Hi! I'm a freelance bookkeeper with a strong background in mathematics, a passion for organization, and a commitment to helping small businesses take control of their finances.

I started my career as a high school math teacher, where I developed a deep appreciation for numbers, accuracy, and clear communication. Over time, I discovered that bookkeeping is a perfect match for my strengths—attention to detail, love for structured data, and the satisfaction that comes from bringing order to financial records.

I'm now building my career as a freelance bookkeeper, ready to support business owners who want clean, reliable, and up-to-date books without the stress. I may be new to freelancing, but I’ve put in the time to learn the tools and systems that small businesses rely on.

I’m proud to be a Xero Advisor Certified bookkeeper, and I’m also trained in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets. I focus on accuracy, clarity, and consistency in every task I take on.

When I’m not working on financial reports or spreadsheets, I enjoy quiet mornings with coffee and creating learning materials for my students. As a math teacher in secondary school, I love helping teenagers build confidence with numbers. I’ve even designed engaging activities and challenges that make math more relatable and practical for real life.

Work Terms

I’m based in the Philippines (GMT+8) and I’m available to work:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight (local time)
This schedule allows me to support clients in different time zones, especially those in North America and Australia.

I prefer hourly or fixed-price projects through PayPal, Wise or Bank Transfer.
