Process of engagement is generally as follows:
Free initial consultation to assess client needs/desires and mutual fit,
Letter of Understanding is delivered with $2,500 minimum retainer,
Ten, (10), hours of discovery, analysis and assessment of needs/desires, resources and relevant information and Summarized Scope of Work is agreed and documented between client and Blueway,
Engagement contract is agreed and executed,
Change, project, initiative, (call it by any one of many names);...transformation begins.
