BMS Consulting accepts new project inquiries and service requests 24/7 through our online submission channels. Requests are reviewed in the order received, and clients will receive a confirmation and estimated project timeline as soon as possible. While submissions may be made at any time, response and consultation times are provided during normal business hours unless otherwise arranged.
Payment Terms
To secure your project and begin services, a non-refundable deposit is required before any work is initiated. The deposit amount is determined based on the scope and complexity of the project and is applied toward the total project cost.
Once the initial draft has been completed, the client will receive a watermarked draft for review. This draft is intended solely for proofreading, feedback, and approval of the content, formatting, and overall direction of the project. Revisions included within the agreed project scope will be completed before final delivery.
Upon client approval of the draft, the remaining balance becomes due. Final payment must be received in full before the watermark is removed and the completed document is released in its editable and/or final production format.
No final documents, source files, or intellectual property rights will be transferred until payment has been received in full. BMS Consulting reserves the right to suspend work on any project with outstanding balances until payment obligations have been satisfied.
By submitting a deposit, the client acknowledges acceptance of these payment terms and authorizes BMS Consulting to proceed with the requested services.
