I worked in the label / identification industry from 1989 - 2022 with a leading label converter in the industry. My primary responsibility was provide technical support to our customers and technical sales support with our sales reps. I have extensive experience with thermal transfer printers, labels, ribbons, label printing software. I've worked with Zebra, CAB, Loftware/Nicelabel to name a few manufacturers. I really enjoy helping with solving issues with printers, labels, ribbons, software, or print quality.
