Make IT valuable

Throughout my IT career I am finding out that most companies are not able to utilize their IT efficiently. They cannot utilize their overpriced infrastructure or on the other hand they are torturing users by outdated and time consuming processes. There is the point where consultant shoud step in.
Nowadays technologies and licensing models can bring enterprise technologies even for mid and small businesses.

I have worked in for more than 10 years in private ousourcing IT companies starting as an administrator and technician but my specialization for last few years is on infrastructure design, implementation, consultation and project coordination and guidance. Mostly in networking, Microsoft infrastructure and hybrid environments focused fields including virtualization, cloud, SSO, PKI, security, automation, auditing, licensing optimization, maintaining IT lifecycle and others.
