1. Pricing and Payment: Services are charged at an hourly rate, with full payment required upfront. Please note that no refunds will be accepted once the service has been rendered.

However, please note that in such cases, additional fees may apply for any subsequent revisions beyond the original scopeof work.
3. Confidentiality: I uphold strict confidentiality and will treat all client work with the utmost privacy and discretion. Any confidential information shared with me during the proofreading and editing process will be handled with care and will not be disclosed to third parties.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property: The ownership and intellectual property rights of the original work remain with you, the client. I do not claim any ownership or rights to the edited or proofread material.
5. Termination: In the event of termination, any outstanding fees for services already rendered will still be due.
