An impact developer and designer, I combine creative financing with architectural design, with a focus on the triple bottom line in the built environment. I am a consultant servicing property owners, real estate developers + investors, and non-profit institutions with financial modeling, architectural visioning, and planning + impact analysis. Previously, I've worked for a number of architecture firms and real estate development companies in New York and New Orleans, working on over 50+ projects, valued at over $400M, as well as assisting across existing operations and through a company-wide restructure ranging from project analysis, capital development, construction management coordination.
Originally from Manhattan, NY, Braham earned a Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development (MSRED), Masters of Architecture, Bachelors of Architecture, and Minor in Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship at Tulane University. He has been engaged in bridging the connection between academia with practice in architecture and community at the university, local, regional, and national levels, helping to put on charettes and conferences.
