Work Terms

The following terms outline how we engage with clients to ensure structured, efficient, and high-quality project delivery:
1. Requirement Clarity
Clients are expected to provide clear and detailed project requirements before initiation. Any ambiguity or missing inputs may impact timelines and cost estimates.

2. Scope Management
All deliverables will be strictly aligned with the agreed project scope. Any additional features, changes, or enhancements requested during development will be treated as scope expansion and may require timeline and cost revisions.

3. Payment Terms

- Projects are executed against funded milestones or agreed billing cycles.
- For fixed-cost projects, milestones must be approved and funded in advance.
- For hourly or dedicated models, billing is done weekly or monthly.
- Timely payments are mandatory to ensure uninterrupted progress.

4. Client Responsiveness
Timely feedback, approvals, and communication from the client are critical. Delays in responses may lead to project delays, for which Brain Technosys will not be held responsible.

5. Delivery & Acceptance
Deliverables will be shared as per milestone planning. Clients are expected to review and provide acceptance or consolidated feedback within a reasonable timeframe. Lack of response may be considered deemed acceptance.

6. Third-Party Dependencies
Any third-party tools, APIs, licenses, hosting, or subscriptions required for the project will be the responsibility of the client unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

9. Project Hold / Termination

- If a project remains inactive due to client-side delays for an extended period, it may be marked as on-hold.
- Resumption timelines will depend on team availability.
- In case of termination, payments for completed work remain non-refundable.

10. Confidentiality & Ownership

- All client information will be kept strictly confidential.
- Intellectual property rights are transferred to the client only after full payment is received.
