Depression Woman with Hope
At first I did not believe the doctor who diagnosed me with Depression at an early age, but as time went on I could certainly see that I was diagnosed correctly. I have written since I was a child and found that some of my writings actually bring tears to people's eyes and help them in knowing they are not the only one going through this disease. Born in the 1960's I have been around before the computer, cell phone and internet superhighway ages. I believe this helped me in being able to write down my feelings on paper, to really write exactly what I was going through at the time, without all the distractions of today's technology. I am hoping that my trials through many different jobs, 3 marriages, abuse and suicidal thoughts can help others to overcome this terrible disease that is haunting more and more people.
