I have had a diversified and colourful career, gaining extensive and valued experience as a PA and administrator with various titles through my career.

I gained valuable experience in the carton and printing industry where I was promoted to Sales Co-ordinator as the liaison officer between blue chip customers and the factory managers, ensuring timeous delivery of orders.

I have extensive administrative experience over the years, having been a PA for directors, business owners, senior managers alike mostly in the commercial property industry where I was promoted to property administrator. I went beyond my call of duty without being asked to and was involved with tender processes, budget figures, forecast and projection figures, variance reports, processing creditors' invoices whilst ensuring the contracts' invoices were in line with budgeted figures, report writing and assessments for a government client, minutes of most of the meetings including project meetings, facility and property management meetings.

Between these I was once a school secretary at the famous Drakensberg Boys' Choir School. I have completed a comprehensive one-year Aesthetician (Beautician) course. I have worked at many various companies, always giving of my best to complete tasks to my usual excellent standard in an accurate, efficient, neat, honest, intelligent manner. I am a person of high standards, adapting well with the 'team', but also working independently.

Work Terms

I work during normal business hours from 08h00 to 17h00 Monday to Friday. But if someone has a crisis on their hands I'd be prepared to work over the weekend or outside of business hours.
My preferred communication platform is WhatsApp or WhatsApp Voice Note for voice messages, or Skype for video calls or messaging. But for the sake of convenience to you, if these methods don't suit you I'm quite prepared to use whichever method does suit you.
Hourly rates are anything from $12 to $40 per hour.
