*Have written grants, proposals, RFPs, and bids worth over $200 million in the last 4 years.
*Have written successful 21st Century, after-school programs, health initiatives, education, reform, STEM, college/career, positive youth development, homeless, veterans, early childhood, literacy, and many other topics.
*Have found and attained funding for clients when very little traditional federal or state funding has existed.
*Am able to find and use a depth of data, statistics, and relevant research.
*Extremely skilled at developing meaningful programs that meet complex needs.
*Strong in positive collaboration, communication, program design, partner development, evaluation, and problem solving,
*Nonprofit and organizational development, including 501(c)(3) paperwork, policies, handbooks, etc.
*Believe in a diversified approach to funding: grants, fundraising, consistent streams of funding, donations, RFPs, etc.
*Skilled in the entire grant and proposal process from development to submission, including any and all documentation necessary for a complete proposal.
*Experience with all types of grants, funding, and RFPs including federal, state, local, foundation, corporate, and private funding.
*Amount earned to date (4/12-2/14) is $75,000.
Work Terms
*Telecommute
*25% down
*Guru transaction fees are in addition to bid (Guru Premium, lower rate)
*When amount to be paid is open-ended, minimum down payment is $75.
*Guru project agreement to be agreed upon/signed prior to beginning work.
*Primary communication via email and phone
*Considered work-for-hire, non-employee
*Federal, state, and local taxes are not the responsibility of the contractor.
