Over, the last four years, I have worked as an Accounting Assistant and an Accountant. While working full time, I earned an AAS in Accounting. I have a wealth of experience using Microsoft Office products for work and in my personal finances. A few of the accounting software products I have used include Wave, Sage Software, TurboxTax Business, and more. I can easily adapt to new software and business procedures. Additionally, I am organized, efficient and hard-working.
I have worked as a staff accountant and an accounting assistant. My primary responsibility as a staff accountant was to produce monthly financial statements for a group of 17 retail store locations in the PA-NJ-NY area. As an accounting assistant, I was responsible for maintaining the accounts receivable, payable, invoicing and collection of past due accounts. Currently, I run my own small Etsy business and perform my own accounting tasks, including entering transactions, creating monthly financials, taxes, and inventory management.
