I am a professional with experience in financial and accounting routines, primarily in bookkeeping, which includes accounting classifications and reconciliations, bank reconciliation, payroll reconciliation, follow-up, and issuing accounting reports such as balance sheets and profit & loss. I have worked in American accounting for three years, and for the last two years, I have worked directly for a US-based company. I have worked with QuickBooks Online for almost four years and have extensive experience with this software.
I also have experience in posting, controlling, and paying invoices and bills, managing supplier contracts, controlling PO balances, and opening purchase orders. I have expertise in verifying employee reimbursements, bank reconciliation, monthly closing with provision submissions, accounting reversals and apportionments, as well as controlling and monitoring intercompany receipts.
Furthermore, I have advanced English and basic Spanish skills. I have had the opportunity to interact and participate in daily meetings with foreign employees in both languages, which has expanded my communication and collaboration skills in multicultural environments.
I have intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and experience with ERP systems, including SAP and QuickBooks, which allows me to efficiently manage financial and accounting processes.
