By trade I am a Notary Signing Agent - which means I assist Lenders, Title Companies, and homeowners to execute real estate documents during buying, selling, and refinancing transactions. This is relevant because as a bonded, insured Signing Agent, I must very carefully prepare, execute, and safeguard thousands of documents. A standard for excellence and attention to detail is my watchword as a Notary, and I will give your job the same attention.

Background: US Army, retired.
Work Terms
I generally work during normal business hours, at a rate of $20 per hour. The anticipated number of hours are agreed on at the outset and adjusted by agreement if needed.
I find email very efficient for communication; however, texting and phone calls are also possible if needed.
