I have been valuing businesses since 1983 and have conducted over 5,000 business valuations for a variety of legal and financial issues.

I have, also, assisted over 100 business intermediaries with writing Offering Memorandums for over 10,000 clients nationally and internationally.

1982 B.S. Degree in Marketing from Brigham Young University
1992 M.B.A. Degree in Finance, including course work in business valuation

Work Terms

Hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm MST
Payment Terms: Flat rate for project determined in advance of starting the project. Half paid upfront, the other half upon completion of the assignment. Payment by credit card via PayPal or by Company check.
