• Scripts, brand guidelines, UI assets, and logos should be provided before production begins.
• Progress updates are shared throughout the project to ensure alignment.
• Minor revisions are included to refine the final video. Additional revisions or scope changes may require a revised quote.
• Delivery timelines depend on project scope and asset availability.
• Communication is available Monday–Friday, and I aim to respond within 24 hours.
• Source files can be provided upon request if included in the project agreement.
